God Stands TV has marked a major milestone by becoming the first Pakistani Christian television channel to broadcast on multiple satellites, significantly expanding its international footprint and audience reach.
After successfully transmitting on APSTAR 7, the channel has now added Eutelsat 36D to its satellite distribution network. This expansion enables God Stands TV to reach viewers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, China, Africa, and Russia, strengthening its mission to share Christian programming with a truly global audience.
Broadcasting on APSTAR 7 (C-Band, 76.5° East) allows the channel to serve large parts of Asia, the Middle East, China, and Africa through reliable C-Band reception, which is widely used for stable, long-distance satellite coverage. The addition of Eutelsat 36D (36° East) further extends coverage across Europe, Africa, and Russia via Ku-Band transmission.
In addition to its expanded satellite presence, God Stands TV now broadcasts content in seven languages, making its programming accessible to diverse communities around the world. These languages include English, Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Punjabi, and Tagalog, reflecting the channel’s commitment to cross-cultural ministry and inclusive Christian outreach.
Viewers with compatible satellite equipment can access the channel by selecting the relevant satellite on their receiver and performing an automatic or blind scan, depending on their setup.
With this expansion in both satellite reach and multilingual programming, God Stands TV reinforces its commitment to media ministry and faith-based broadcasting, continuing its vision of expanding the Gospel worldwide through satellite television.
